By using ScamProtect ("the Bot"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Bot.

1. Description of Service

ScamProtect is an AI-powered Discord bot that automatically detects and removes scam links, phishing attempts, fake giveaways, token grabbers, and malicious content.

2. User Responsibilities

• You must follow Discord's Terms of Service.
• Do not abuse, exploit, or bypass the Bot's detection systems.
• Server administrators are responsible for configuring the Bot appropriately.

3. Bot Actions

ScamProtect may delete messages, ban users, and log moderation actions for server administrators.

4. Premium Services

Premium features are subject to change. Premium subscriptions are non-refundable.

5. Limitation of Liability

ScamProtect is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for false positives or data loss.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to remove the Bot from any server or terminate service at any time without notice.
